  • 8/6, Tuesday, 6:30PM | Demo and Dine: Slurp, Sip, and Shuck with Mothershuckers and Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. Join Ben “Moody” Harney, founder of Mothershuckers and Nicole Carter from Uncle Nearest Whiskey for a class and tasting of paired oysters and whiskey. Moody will provide hands-on instructions for how to properly shuck an oyster and attendees will each receive a half-dozen fresh bivalves, including oysters with Mothershucker’s signature oyster toppings. In addition to slurping and shucking, Moody will delve into the Black history of oysters and the legendary oysterman who inspired Mothershuckers.
